Full Sunday rides normally have a morning coffee break, lunch stop and a tea break in the afternoon. Some cycle part of a ride, but many stay out all day. In the summer a full Sunday ride could be 50 or more miles. In the winter, rides are shorter (about 40 miles) as we have our lunch stop nearer the start and return before dark.   See our previous ride reports for an idea of what to expect and the CTC Toolkit for Groups for guidelines on participating in and leading rides.  There is a map of meeting points and venues used on Sundays.

Updated: 16/12/2011.  See how to get notifications by email a few days before each ride.  Rides may be need to be changed on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.
